The General Manager of the JVA Builders, Jessie Agustin was exposed in Construction business Since the year 2012 where He partnered with various Construction Firm like MegaFab Construction and LNE Construction while paying the royalty fee for all of his project, Jessie Agustin build a good reputation with Customer like Chowking Food Corporation, Metropolitan Manila Development Authority, Concepcion Carrier Air conditioning Company, ACRE Aircon Specialists Inc., Hongley Foods Inc., PLDT, and many residential buildings. On the later days of year 2015, Jessie Agustin Founded JVA Builders Construction and Supply where they focus on Facilities, Mechanical and Automation requirement. Air-conditioning, Waste Water System, Fire Protection and Elevators were one of their expertise. 2018 of August acquired it’s license continue to deliver it’s quality service focusing more on Architectural & Structural Works and it was further enhanced when Yuichiro Kurosaki joined the group to lead the JVA’s Technical team specializing on various Masonry Works.

Currently, JVA Builders Construction and Supply is expanding its network with clients such as IDC, SMCC, Daruma, FODC, and SHIMIZU, providing services to major companies like SPWS, Mikuni, Daiho, Takata, Furukawa, Kane Package, and JTI. They are also involved in various government projects, including MPB's, schools, and offices. Additionally, JVA Builders is engaged with prominent real estate and development corporations like Anchor Land and Vista Land. One of our major projects includes working with the NSCR (North South Commuter Railway) and DOTR (Department Of Transportation) on the installation of the fit-out for Apalit Station.
